The Annual CAGCS Scholarship & Research Tournament is open to all members and their guests that are interested in better turfgrass.

18-Hole Scramble

Entry Fee - $150 Per Person
(includes lunch, golf, cart, golf prizes & hors d’oeuvres reception)
Tournament limited to 132 players
A raffle will be held after golf. All proceeds will go to the Scholarship & Research Fund.
S & R Benefit Raffle
Remember only 500 tickets will be sold.
These tickets can be sold to anyone. The winner need not be present to win. Tickets are $25 each with a grand prize of $1,000.
If you would like to purchase one ticket or a book of five, and cannot play in the tournament, please return the entry form section with the reverse side completed. The deadline for these requests and receipt of payment of the tickets will be May 10th so all stubs and money for the tickets can be on hand for the raffle on May 17th Benefit raffle tickets will also be available for sale on the day of the tournament.
Only Softspikes or spikeless shoes will be allowed.
Reservation Policy
Our annual S & R Tournament is extremely popular and we routinely have a waiting list. If a cancellation is not made before May 10th, you will be responsible for the full tournament fee unless a replacement can be found.
If you make a reservation and fail to attend you will be responsible for the full tournament fee.

From 84 – east – Exit 17. Go left at bottom of exit onto Route 63N. (Straits Turnpike) At traffic light, stay straight on 63N to Watertown. At traffic light (near Carvel) go left onto Main Street. (63N) Stay on 63N to traffic light near the town green. Take left onto 6 west. Follow 6 west. You will pass the Taft School which will be on your right. Take your first right, Guernseytown Road. The club is 1/4 mile on the right.
From 84 – west – Exit 17, at traffic light go right onto Rte. 63N, (straits Turnpike) Then follow above directions from 63N to Watertown.
From Route 8 North - Exit 37. Left onto Route 262. Right on Main Street. Left at light onto Rte 6. Right onto Guernseytown Rd, club is on right.
From Route 8 South - Exit 38, South on Rte 6 to Watertown, right on to Guernseytown Rd, club on right.
